Stop the waste – Puff pastry

That one in the middle seems to have a bite taken out of it, a real mystery.

I made a chicken pie the other night and topped it with puff pastry, one of those blocks from the shop. (really should try and make my own).  I only used half of it, so I made these yummy treats with the rest. You could use loads of different fillings.

All you need to do is roll out the pastry chuck a load of ingredients on, we used nutella, peanut butter and raisins. Fold over, brush with milk and sprinkle with caster sugar and slice into appropriate portion sizes.  Then bake at about 170-180c for 10mins or until nicely brown and puffed.

They didn’t last long.
